- Confusion between seller descriptions and official service policies
- Testimonials, surveys, ratings, or guarantee statements without sources
How We Handle Reports
When we receive a report, we recheck the public page and official sources. We correct factual errors as quickly as possible, and if the content has changed significantly, we indicate the article’s update date and describe the changes. We delete claims that cannot be verified or clearly identify them as the seller’s claims.
