- The service name and the product, plan, or travel product name
- The date and country or currency checked
- The screen immediately before payment or the error message, with personal information redacted
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, passport numbers, reservation numbers, authentication codes, or bank account information. Issues concerning purchases, reservations, refunds, or accounts must be handled by the relevant seller’s customer support. Dassago cannot access its affiliates’ order systems.
